Job summary

Wei!Creative in Singapore seeks a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and boosting bookings and revenue.

You will lead generation, client management, market analysis, events support, and KPI reporting to grow the client base and earnings while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor0s in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Experience: 103 years in business development or sales (events/hospitality preferred).
• Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, communication, CRM & MS Office proficiency.
• Attributes: Driven, personable, team-oriented, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify leads via networking, outreach, and events.
• Promote services through calls, emails, and meetings; present proposals.
• Develop sales strategies and tailor client proposals and pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
• Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and provide responsive service.
• Gather feedback to improve offerings and address client needs.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
• Coordinate with events team for smooth execution and logistics.
• Track KPIs and maintain accurate records; prepare performance and market reports.
• Represent the company at trade shows and networking events; share insights.
