Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Singapore (On Site)
Salary Range: SGD 5,000–7,000
Start Date: This position will officially begin in Q1 2026.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build and lead the performance, analytics, and revenue-driving engine across all TQSR brands. This role blends performance marketing, data insights, CRM, and campaign strategy into one — and is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, pace, and making measurable impact.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited for someone who wants to build, optimise, and iterate quickly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Growth & Performance
  • Manage full-funnel paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google (setup, optimisation, reporting).
  • Build and optimise monthly performance budgets and ROAS targets.
  • Develop acquisition, retargeting, and retention funnels.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and offers.
2. Data, Insights & Analytics
  • Build dashboards for sales, CAC, ROAS, retention, and campaign performance.
  • Implement proper tracking infrastructure (UTMs, pixels, attribution).
  • Analyse customer behaviour and trends to guide marketing decisions.
  • Present weekly insights and recommendations directly to the founder and ops leads.
3. CRM, Loyalty & Lifecycle
  • Optimise our membership programme and CRM flows.
  • Build automated email and WhatsApp journeys.
  • Improve repeat visit rate, basket size, and customer retention.
4. Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Plan monthly and quarterly campaigns across product launches, pop-ups, and partnerships.
  • Translate brand moments into measurable results.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure campaign feasibility.
5. Content Direction
  • Shape content strategy, hooks, and CTAs based on performance learnings.
  • Work with teams to develop assets that support acquisition.
  • Monitor what works and develop repeatable, high-performing formats.
6. Founder & Brand Amplification
  • Turn founder-led storytelling, behind-the-scenes content and brand narratives into performance materials.
  • Support brand activations, collaborations, and new store openings with targeted acquisition campaigns.
WHO YOU ARE
Must-Haves
  • 3–6 years in performance or growth marketing.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and GA4.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards (Looker Studio).
  • Excellent communication — able to turn data into clear insights.
  • Thrives in entrepreneurial, founder-led environments with fast decision cycles.
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable taking projects from 0–1.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in F&B, QSR, retail, or DTC industries.
  • Familiarity with loyalty programmes, CRM systems, and lifecycle flows.
  • Basic creative or copywriting instincts for briefing.
