About the Role

Rently is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own digital growth and funnel optimization across Singapore and Dubai.

You’ll be at the center of how we scale. Driving experiments, running paid acquisition, and using AI-powered tools when relevant to turn early traction into sustainable growth.

Your mission: build, test, and systematize repeatable acquisition engines for products like Pay Rent Earn Rewards, Deposit-Free Renting, and Rent Now Pay Later.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Design to turn clicks into customers, and customers into advocates.

What You'll Do
  • 📈 Own the Funnel - Analyze and optimize the entire customer journey: from ad click → signup → activation → retention.
  • 🧪 Run Experiments - Design and execute A/B tests across channels, landing pages, and messaging to uncover scalable growth levers.
  • 🚀 Scale Acquisition - Lead campaigns across paid social, SEM, SEO, referrals, influencers, and emerging growth channels.
  • 🤖 Leverage AI Tools - Use AI-driven platforms for automation, creative testing, and personalization to accelerate results.
  • 🌏 Localize Growth - Adapt strategies to the Singapore and Dubai markets and codify learnings into market playbooks.
  • 👥 Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Work with Product, Sales, and Design to ensure growth efforts translate into business impact.
  • ⚙️ Build the Engine - Turn experiments into repeatable frameworks, automated workflows, and scalable systems.
Who You Are
  • Data-Driven Operator - You think in funnels, metrics, and compounding growth. Proficient in GA4, HubSpot, Mix panel; SQL is a plus.
  • Full-Stack Marketer - Experienced in paid acquisition (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), conversion optimization, and retention flows.
  • Experimental by Nature - Obsessed with testing, iteration, and moving fast. You ship MVPs, measure, and optimize.
  • Creative Storyteller - You know how to make performance data meet emotional resonance — crafting campaigns that both convert and connect.
  • Autonomous & Scrappy - You thrive in high-growth environments with lean teams and shifting priorities.
Requirements

3–6 years in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing at a high-growth startup, fintech, SaaS, or consumer app.

Bonus: Experience in fintech, proptech, or multi-market scaling (APAC / MENA)
