In Singapore, the Growth Marketing Intern will work with the local marketing team to support user acquisition across content, performance marketing, SEO, and brand activations. This hands-on role is not about watching from the sidelines; you will help build and launch

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Available to start Jan/Feb 2027 with a full-time commitment of 3-6 months.
• Based in Singapore and able to work onsite.
• Familiarity with CapCut is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, script, film, and edit short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X; publish with optimised hooks, formats, and CTAs.
• Monitor social media trends and track performance metrics (views, watch time, saves, shares); summarise weekly learnings and explore new channels where relevant.
• Onboard and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and long-tail affiliates, supporting campaign execution and reporting.
• Assist with brand activations including offline events and pop-ups - covering logistics, on-ground support, and social coverage.
• Support end-to-end campaign execution across digital channels, maintaining tracking sheets and flagging any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams on asset delivery and assist with competitor monitoring and benchmarking.
