Shopee Limited is seeking a motivated intern to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing across multiple channels. You will assist with campaign tracking, optimization planning, and performance analysis while learning KPI metrics such as Cost Per Install and Cost Per Register.

The role is ideal for students pursuing a degree in communications or marketing, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a willingness to contribute to cross-functional teams during a 3–6 month internship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in communications, marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Prior experience in digital marketing will be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Exposure to different digital marketing channels - programmatic platforms, digital marketing agencies, direct publisher buys
• Understand different campaign objectives and ad buys across partners and across the region
• Hands-on experience with campaign monitoring, optimisation planning and analysis
• Work with performance metrics and understanding Key Performance Indicators (Cost Per Installs, Cost Per Register, etc)
• Identify opportunities of top publisher ad buys across the markets to ensure ad exposure
• Work closely with product / development teams to fine-tune our in-house products and reporting needs
• Partner with creative teams to identify creative optimisation opportunities and reduce media wastage
