Job summary

Shopee Singapore Marketing is offering a Marketing Intern position within the User Growth team. The role focuses on designing and executing campaigns to optimise traffic, SOV, buyer conversion, and retention, while ensuring smooth project operations.

You will support CRM activities, new user acquisition, online campaign execution, and weekly competitor tracking, collaborating with regional and local teams to drive growth during your 3–6 month internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Comfortable with data analysis and performance metrics; Excel proficiency a plus.
• Self-motivated, fast learner with proactive ownership of projects.
• Willing to commit 3–6 months; full-time internship preferred.

Responsibilities

• CRM: Support campaign management to reduce churn, including data management and analysis.
• New User: Maintain in-app touchpoints to encourage acquisition.
• Online Marketing: Assist ad campaign execution to boost SOV and drive orders.
• Weekly Competitor Tracking: Assist in competitor analysis and reporting.
