Job summary

MENG DESIGN & BUILD in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive campaigns across digital and on-ground channels, generate leads, and strengthen our brand in renovation and interior design. You will plan, execute, and optimise campaigns, manage paid ads, create social content, and assist events.

You will monitor performance, report insights, and collaborate with sales and design teams to align efforts and maintain CRM flows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and handling enquiries
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and execute tasks efficiently
• Experience in the renovation/interior design industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
• Manage and optimise paid ads to generate quality leads
• Coordinate content creation for social media, including posts, videos, and ads
• Support event marketing efforts (open houses, roadshows, showroom events)
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights
• Follow up on leads and call clients to touch base, qualify enquiries, and schedule appointments
• Work closely with sales and design teams to align marketing efforts
• Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM tools, and automation flows
