Job summary

A leading paint manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage group financial reporting and consolidation. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with strong technical knowledge in IFRS and proficiency in ERP systems. This role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, along with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in group reporting, consolidation, or audit.
  • Minimum 3 years in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical accounting and consolidation knowledge (IFRS).

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reports (IFRS/local GAAP).
  • Review and analyze group performance, cost variances, and profitability.
  • Manage intercompany reconciliations and coordinate with external auditors during interim and year-end audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements across subsidiaries.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in group reporting, consolidation, or audit.
  • Minimum 3 years in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical accounting and consolidation knowledge (IFRS).
  • Experience with ERP or consolidation systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
