We’re looking for a Group Reporting & Compliance Manager to lead financial consolidation and reporting for our group manufacturing operations. This role ensures accurate group financial statements, compliance with accounting standards, and strong internal controls across all entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reports (IFRS/local GAAP).

  • Review and analyze group performance, cost variances, and profitability.

  • Manage intercompany reconciliations and coordinate with external auditors during interim and year‑end audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.

  • Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements across subsidiaries.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred.

  • 5–8 years of experience in group reporting, consolidation, or audit.

  • Minimum 3 years in the manufacturing industry.

  • Strong technical accounting and consolidation knowledge (IFRS).

  • Experience with ERP or consolidation systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.).

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
