Job description
Role Overview

The Group Procurement Manager is responsible for leading all procurement and merchandise operations across Move Repeat’s ever-growing family of brands and regions. From studio consumables to retail merchandise, you’ll make sure our world runs smoothly, smartly, and sustainably — keeping the shelves stocked, the suppliers in check, and the spreadsheets happy.

This role is all about balance — where cost efficiency meets brand flair, and structure meets creativity. You’ll design the systems, build the partnerships, and set the governance that keeps things tight, transparent, and on budget — all while making sure what shows up in our studios and stores feels unmistakably Move Repeat.

Your main game? Group-wide procurement — sourcing, vendor management, and inventory governance.

Your side quest? Retail and merchandise, where function meets fashion (and a little fun). We’re after someone commercially sharp, process-driven, and not afraid to shake things up in the pursuit of smarter, smoother, better.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Governance – 70%

  • Build and roll out group-wide procurement policies that bring structure, clarity, and accountability.
  • Oversee all purchasing for studio consumables, operational supplies, and service contracts across every brand and region.
  • Consolidate ordering and supplier partnerships to unlock group-wide cost savings (we love a good deal).
  • Keep our inventory systems tight — accurate usage tracking, smart forecasting, and minimal waste.
  • Run regular tendering exercises to keep vendors sharp and pricing competitive.
  • Maintain a solid list of preferred vendors who meet our standards for quality, service, and vibe.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to align procurement activities with budgets and business goals.

Merchandise & Retail – 25%

  • Oversee the group’s merchandise and retail operations — from product sourcing to pricing and performance.
  • Work with our brand, marketing, and design teams to plan seasonal collections that reflect our studio culture.
  • Manage supplier relationships and production timelines to ensure the goods look great, land on time, and sell through fast.
  • Track merchandise performance and optimize stock levels to keep things fresh (literally and figuratively).
  • Keep our retail offering relevant, on-brand, and profitable across all studios.

Product Sourcing & Innovation – 5%

  • Constantly hunt for new products, materials, and suppliers that bring efficiency, sustainability, and a touch of surprise.
  • Introduce innovative sourcing ideas that elevate the Move Repeat experience across every brand.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Financial Efficiency: Achieve annual cost-saving and procurement optimization targets.
  • Governance & Compliance: Full adherence to procurement policies and inventory controls.
  • Operational Effectiveness: Improved order accuracy, reduced lead times, and seamless coordination across brands.
  • Retail Performance: Merchandise profitability, stock turnover, and contribution to group revenue.
  • Supplier Quality: Vendor reliability, responsiveness, and alignment with Move Repeat brand standards.
This is for you if…
  • 5–8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing — ideally from multi-site, multi-brand environments (fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality preferred).
  • You know your way around inventory systems, governance, and cost optimization — and love a good spreadsheet.
  • You’ve run tenders, negotiated contracts, and sourced smarter, better, cheaper (without cutting corners).
  • Analytical, organized, and commercially minded — but you also care about people and product.
  • You’re the kind of person who can balance operational efficiency with brand personality.
What’s in It for You
  • 🧾 CPF + basic medical insurance
  • 🧘♀️ Complimentary 50-class pack for Yoga Movement & STRONG (shareable with up to 4 people — because sharing is caring)
  • 🚀 Career growth and development across brands and regions
  • 😎 A genuinely fun, high-energy place to work — where good vibes meet great standards
