Job description
Group Operations Manager

Join a values-led healthcare group where operational excellence supports meaningful care.

Osler Group is a boutique healthcare group redefining advanced primary care and healthy longevity. Bridging modern medicine and holistic wellness, we deliver thoughtful, patient‑centred care through our network of clinics and wellness initiatives. Guided by integrity, kindness, and excellence, our team is dedicated to supporting both individual and organisational wellbeing.

As Osler Group continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Group Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

This is a key role that bridges strategy and daily operations. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and the leadership team to strengthen our operational excellence across clinics and business units — ensuring our systems, processes, and teams run smoothly to support the highest standards of patient care and service.

What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of operations across clinics and business units.
  • Support manpower and resource planning, clinic maintenance, and workflow improvements.
  • Streamline operational processes and SOPs to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing standards (e.g. MOH, SMC, MOM).
  • Uphold patient safety, data confidentiality, and quality standards.
  • Manage and resolve operational issues, including escalations related to IT and facilities.
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance reviews.
  • Contribute to business development projects, feasibility studies, and innovation initiatives.
  • Participate in risk analysis, budget tracking, and cost monitoring.
Who You Are:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration (or a related field).
  • At least 5 years of healthcare operations experience, with proven success in a leadership or management role.
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational abilities with a hands‑on approach.
  • A global mindset, sound business acumen, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, purpose‑driven environment.
  • A role model who upholds Osler’s values of excellence, kindness, and ethics.
Why Join Osler?

At Osler, you will be part of a close‑knit and purpose‑driven team that believes healthcare can be both compassionate and cutting‑edge. We value integrity, collaboration, and curiosity — and we invest in our people as much as in our patients.

You will have the opportunity to grow within a progressive organisation that blends clinical excellence with innovation, where every role contributes meaningfully to the care we provide and the community we serve.

We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, paid leave, and opportunities for professional growth.
