Qualifications

• Deep experience in oligonucleotide chemistry and/or bioconjugation.
• Strong track record in design, synthesis, characterization, and candidate selection.
• Evidence of analyzing bioconjugate chemistry structures through patents is valued.
• Prior leadership experience at Group Leader level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, synthesis, purification, and characterization of oligonucleotides.
• Drive platform expansion beyond hepatic targets.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary chemistry team.
