Job description

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

• Evaluate HR programs and identify areas for improvement and innovation.

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent to the organization.

• Develop, implement, and maintain Group HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency across subsidiaries.

• Provide HR advisory and support to Management and Department Heads on people-related matters.
