GROUP HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement the group-wide HR strategy aligned with the organization's overall mission and business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Group CEO and board on HR matters, including workforce planning, leadership succession, and organizational design.
  • Foster a unified employer brand and employee value proposition across the group.
Organizational Development & Culture
  • Promote a high-performance culture by integrating performance management frameworksand learning initiatives.
  • Lead change management programs for mergers, acquisitions, restructures, or major transformations.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all entities.
Talent Management
  • Oversee group-wide recruitment strategies, talent acquisition processes, and executive hiring.
  • Design leadership development programs and succession plans for critical roles.
  • Guide talent reviews and high-potential identification for future leadership pipelines.
HR Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with local labour laws and international HR standards across all group entities.
  • Standardize HR policies, compensation frameworks, and employee relations practices where appropriate.
  • Manage HR audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Design and oversee the implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs across the group.
  • Benchmark compensation structures and ensure alignment with business goals and market competitiveness.
Technology & Analytics
  • Leverage HR analytics and systems (e.g., HRIS, performance platforms) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive digital HR initiatives to improve efficiency, employee experience, and workforce insights.
Team Management
  • Lead and mentor HR heads of individual business units; provide strategic guidance and support for local HRinitiatives.
  • Build a high-performing Group HR team capable of executing at both strategic and operational levels.
