A leading manufacturing group in Singapore is seeking a Group Head of Human Resources to drive HR transformation and strengthen its people strategies. Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained by a leading manufacturing group in Singapore to identify and appoint a Group Head of Human Resources to lead its HR function during a pivotal period of transformation and growth. The organisation, with a growing presence across the region, is focused on strengthening its people and culture strategies to support long-term business objectives and continued operational excellence.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Group Head of HR will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for designing and implementing an integrated HR strategy that aligns with the company’s strategic priorities. This role will provide leadership across all aspects of human resources, including talent management, organisational development, HR operations, performance management, total rewards, succession planning, and leadership development. A significant focus will be the implementation of a scalable HRIS platform, driving digitalisation and efficiency, while ensuring consistent HR operational excellence across the organisation.
The successful candidate will also play a central role in shaping the company’s culture, fostering employee engagement, and embedding people practices that promote accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Working closely with senior leaders, the Group Head of HR will ensure that HR initiatives are commercially aligned, data-driven, and tailored to support both short-term operational goals and long-term strategic growth.
The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in senior HR leadership within complex, multinational organisations, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Proven experience in leading HR transformation programmes, implementing HRIS systems, and driving operational excellence is essential. The role demands a strategic thinker who can combine strong commercial acumen with a hands-on approach to delivering results, while being a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team.
