About the Opportunity

A regional investment group with diversified operations across telecommunications, IT, fintech, and distribution seeks a Group Financial Controller to lead the financial governance and control framework across its multi-country portfolio. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced finance leader to operate at the group level, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic insight across a fast-growing portfolio with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and South Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance.
• Drive internal control frameworks and ensure adherence to accounting standards across entities.
• Support M&A due diligence, integration, and portfolio optimization.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulators.
• Provide strategic insights to the Group CEO on capital allocation and investment priorities.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow management, and financial risk mitigation.
• Partner with finance leaders across portfolio companies to strengthen financial discipline and alignment.

What We’re Looking For

• CA / CPA / ACCA qualified with 10 –15 years of progressive finance experience and Able to start immediately or short notice.
• Strong technical accounting and consolidation experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven track record in financial control and audit management.
• Exposure to telecoms, IT, or technology-led environments preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
