Group Financial Controller / Head of Group Finance

Location: Singapore

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 office : 2 remote), 5-day week

About the Role

This is a senior leadership role overseeing the finance function for SGP Healthcare Investments and its regional subsidiaries. You will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, supporting IPO readiness, and driving investor reporting for the ClearSK group, which operates aesthetic and healthcare entities across Singapore, China, and Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • Lead group financial consolidation and external reporting.
  • Oversee tax, GST, and cross-border compliance.
  • Direct budgeting, forecasting, capital and cash flow planning.
  • Establish financial policies, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Support the C-suite on funding, M&A, and franchising initiatives.
  • Mentor finance managers across regions and build high-performing teams.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance; ACCA / CPA qualification essential.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in group finance leadership.
