Your New Role

• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with country and brand teams.
• Prepare and analyze management reports (MIS) at country, brand, and product levels.
• Identify key business insights and performance trends for leadership and shareholders.
• Improve financial controls and operational efficiency across regional markets.
• Develop and execute risk‑based audit programs for in‑country operations.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with principal/vendor agreements.
• Manage customer credit terms in partnership with the Accounting Head.
• Lead process mapping and SOP documentation for finance and logistics functions.
• Support ERP implementation (SAP B1 or Netsuite) and ensure system compliance.
• Conduct on‑ground reviews and support country teams in resolving operational issues.
• Chair audit closing meetings and present findings to management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, laws, and technical standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and risk management.

Key Qualifications for Success

• Minimum 15 years of experience in audit and/or finance within consumer goods or electronics.
• Proven track record in cross‑border operations across developing Asia markets.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in management reporting and KPI analysis.
• Expertise in contract management, customer credit optimization, and policy documentation.
• Experience in logistics/supply chain operations and inventory cost optimization.
• Leadership experience managing teams of 10+ across geographies.
• Hands‑on experience in auditing and reviewing regional operations.
• Strategic thinker with problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP B1 or Netsuite) and report generation.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and local market leaders.
