Key Responsibilities
  • Manage group financial reporting, consolidation, and month‑end closing activities.
  • Prepare and review management reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Oversee internal controls and continuously improve financial systems and processes.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support management in financial analysis, business performance tracking, and decision‑making.
  • Supervise and guide finance teams across regional entities to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent, professional qualifications (CPA/CA/ACCA) preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, including regional or group‑level exposure in manufacturing industry.
  • Solid understanding of group consolidation, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across levels.
