Job summary

Perennial Holdings Private Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to shape the digital brand for its healthcare group. You will drive strategy, grow online communities, and align digital campaigns with broader marketing efforts.

You will create engaging social content, manage influencer collaborations and KOL activities, coordinate with agencies, and plan large corporate events and CSR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in New Media, Mass Communications/Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of relevant digital marketing experience at group level, preferably in hospitality or healthcare.
• Strong writing, copywriting and editing skills with critical thinking.
• Proven track record managing social media platforms (FB/IG/TikTok) and influencer marketing; AI marketing familiarity.
• Proficient in English and comfortable with Chinese for stakeholder communication.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Adobe tools for visuals.
• Creative, motivated with strong project management; team player.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive Group and Singapore Healthcare Business digital brand strategy, build online communities, and drive business growth across digital platforms to complement other integrated marketing platforms
• Create and curate impactful and meaningful social media content and direct community management. Be Up to date with latest digital technologies and social media trends
• Work with internal or external stakeholders or agencies to execute campaigns and KOL management and tracks performance
• Plan, organise and execute large-scale corporate events, and drive corporate-level corporate social responsibility engagements and campaigns
• Assist in special projects when required
• Any other duties as assigned
