A leading telecommunications company in Singapore seeks a Chartered Accountant to oversee monthly and annual Group Consolidation and report preparation. The successful candidate will manage statutory audits, liaise with finance teams, and must possess strong knowledge of SFRS or IFRS. Ideal candidates should have 5-8 years of relevant experience in public companies and excel in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience including audit and operations.
• Experience in public listed companies is essential.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual Group Consolidation and management reports.
• Prepare quarterly SGX announcements and deliverables.
• Liaise with the overseas finance team for report submissions.
• Handle statutory audit and coordinate with auditors.
• Assist in the preparation of annual reports and audit processes.

Skills

Knowledge of SFRS or IFRS
