Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial, management, and statutory reports for stakeholders.
• Consolidate and review quarterly group financial statements in line with SGX and reporting standards.
• Ensure subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures comply with accounting policies and standards.
• see timely recording of accounting transactions and management accounts.
• Review and validate quarterly GST submissions.
• Coordinate with group entities to address queries and information requests.
• Investigate and report financial discrepancies or irregularities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis against targets.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents on statutory and tax matters.
• Guide junior finance staff and support ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements
