Job summary

4DIVINITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Group Accountant to manage full sets of accounts for investment holding companies and coordinate audits. You will monitor month-end close, support consolidation, and prepare statutory and US GAAP reporting across entities.

The role requires 3–5 years of accounting or audit experience, IFRS knowledge, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Xero. Collaboration with multiple teams and external auditors is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline; professional accounting qualification preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of accounting/audit experience with hands-on group consolidation.
• Big Four audit background with commercial finance is a strong advantage.
• Experience preparing management reports for listed companies is a plus.
• Good IFRS knowledge and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP accounting migrations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for investment holding companies and handle audit requests.
• Assist month-end closing progress and improve reporting processes and controls.
• Support preparation of consolidated financial statements, statutory accounts, and US reporting.
• Coordinate group consolidation activities and intercompany balances/transactions matrix.
• Prepare monthly group financial reports & PPT slides.
• Collaborate with finance teams across departments and subsidiaries to validate data.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure IFRS, US GAAP, and SEC reporting compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in consolidation and reporting.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting for select entities.
• Participate in finance transformation projects and provide ad-hoc analysis.
• Any other duties as assigned.
