Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements in full compliance with IFRS, MFRS, or US GAAP.
  • Align and coordinate reporting schedules with subsidiaries to meet critical group deadlines.
  • Deliver insightful variance analysis and commentary on key financial metrics to support business decision‑making.
  • Act as the primary liaison for external auditors, managing the full audit cycle for the group.
  • Maintain robust documentation and internal controls to ensure audit readiness and financial integrity.
  • Reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure accurate elimination entries in compliance with group accounting standards.
  • Monitor adherence to transfer pricing policies and group‑wide financial treatments.
  • Support the development and consolidation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of group finance systems (e.g., ERP platforms).
  • Champion automation and digitization initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide strategic support to the CFO on key projects, financial modelling, and high‑impact analysis.
  • Prepare professional presentation materials, dashboards, and commentary for senior management and board reporting.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in group accounting, with audit experience an advantage. Exposure to SOX compliance & SEC reporting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of consolidation principles, accounting standards, and ERP systems (preferably AutoCount, though not mandatory).
