Job description
Job Responsibilities:

As a Process Engineer, you will be involved in:

  • Managing a cost effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication, through the provision of engineering support to the production line, so as to achieve organization's targeted manufacturing index.
  • Maintaining and supporting day to day manufacturing activities through real‑time problem analysis and real‑time solution implementation.
  • Assisting to ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Maintenance Specialists, Production Supervisors and Shift Engineers to achieve overall committed targets.
  • Assisting in providing cross functional/cross‑dept/cross‑fab support & coverage based on need & priority.
You will gain technical skills and competencies in:
  • Wafer fabrication processes
  • Basic troubleshooting and hands on experience
  • Understanding SPC concept, fault detection system (Masteria) and other engineering applications for analysis & troubleshooting
  • 5S concept and other troubleshooting methodology for LEAN manufacturing
  • Work in a team involving different background process and maintenance.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineer, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • Good analytical and creative problem‑solving skills with a keen eye to details
  • High degree of interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and with cross‑functional teams
  • Good communication and project management skills
