The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning support, project coordination, and data analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Regional Centre of Excellence (CoE) department focuses on strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and experiences for Grab's driver- and merchant- partners. We are a think tank in promoting continuous improvements of driver- and merchant-related operational processes and technology products through experiments and project implementations.
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
You have an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in driving operational process improvements and product automations, aimed at providing the best experience for Grab's driver- and merchant-partners across South East Asia. As a trainee, you will contribute to strategic projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop skills in project management and operational excellence.
