A leading superapp company in Singapore is seeking a Product Operations Trainee to support the team in improving product workflows. This 6-month full-time role involves shadowing team members and utilizing technical skills to optimize workflows. This role supports the Product org. The trainee will be part of a group of team that works closely with Product Managers to enable the org to ship more products, better and faster.
The Product Operations Team sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and scale, being the connective tissue between product, business, and on-the-ground teams. We accelerate product outcomes by building and allowing the people, systems and tools to grow product sustainably across the region.
As part of Product Operations, the trainee will gain experience in improving product workflows through automation, data-driven insights, and process innovation. They will understand how to identify pain points, gather requirements and ideate solutions.
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
