This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
The Digital Finance Academy is seeking a highly creative and motivated Trainee to join our team in the CFO Office. This is a unique opportunity to apply your skills in gamification and web design to help us build a vibrant, engaging learning culture for our finance professionals. You will play a key role in developing and implementing interactive learning experiences that go beyond traditional training.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Training Program Management: You will support in the end-to-end management of training programs, from initial planning and curriculum curation to execution and post-training analysis
- Gamification Support: You will assist in the design and implementation of gamification elements for our training programs and the DFA microsite. This includes developing ideas for challenges, leaderboards, and reward systems to motivate and engage participants.
- Digital Platform Enhancement: You will help design, build, and maintain our digital learning platform using tools like Google Sites and Canva. You'll ensure the platform is not only visually appealing but also effectively supports our gamification strategy with clear and interactive features
- Facilitation and Logistics: Support the facilitation of training sessions by handling logistical tasks, assistant in preparing training materials, and providing on-the-day assistance to trainers and participants.
Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during the traineeship
- Practical Skills in Learning & Development: An understanding of the entire training lifecycle, from needs analysis and curriculum development to execution and performance measurement
- Hands-on Gamification Experience: Practical experience contributing to a corporate gamification strategy, learning how to turn theoretical concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences
- Digital Proficiency: Mastery of digital platforms and design tools with a focus on creating interactive, user-centric experiences
- Data-Driven Design: The ability to use engagement metrics and data to inform your creative decisions, proving the impact of your work.
What Essential Skills You Will Need- UX Web Designer Experience: Experience with user-centered design principles. Must be able to translate user needs into intuitive wireframes, mockups, and final designs that improve navigation, accessibility, and overall platform satisfaction
- Data Visualization & Analytics: Demonstrated ability or strong interest in using data visualization, to design and build interactive charts. This includes transforming raw learning and engagement data into clear, compelling visuals (e.g., usage trends, leaderboard analytics, engagement rates).
