A leading financial institution in Singapore is looking for a Graduate Industry Traineeship participant to be part of the Global Transaction Services team. You will conduct research on blockchain and tokenisation, strategise on implementation approaches, and engage internal departments to enhance processes. About the role

You will be part of the Global Transaction Services (GTS) team that provides innovative, seamless and cost-effective solutions to customers. Whether it is through conducting market research, client immersions to re‑imagine journeys or by enhancing a product or system's features to meet customers' needs, you will have every opportunity to shape the business. You will also be exposed to a myriad of Trade and Cash Management, Financial Markets and other products, and be involved in shaping how digital trends affect their future design.

Job Responsibility

• Conduct thorough internal and external research to understand how blockchain, tokenisation and cryptoassets technology can change our bank-wide product and services offerings to different segments of corporate clients, treasuries and accredited investors.
• Strategise on the implementation approach for a bank‑wide coordinated tokenisation strategy, including the collaborative organisation structure, value‑risk prioritisation framework, timelines, knowledge management artefacts and tracking mechanisms, etc.
• Trial the implementation process of the bank‑wide strategy, including drafting new product approvals and associated project plans to prototype and validate solutions, reviewing and updating value‑risk assessments of past solutions against the new framework.
• Engage internal departments to communicate, change‑manage and get feedback to continuously enhance the implementation approach.
