Annalect is the Data, Technology and Analytics division of Omnicom Media Group, sitting as a foundation of expertise. We operate both at the centre of OMG as well as embedded in the individual agencies. At the Centre we manage all of our development, data management and deep technical expertise to support our embedded teams whilst in the agencies we manage individual client projects.
Annalect has three divisions:
- Marketing Sciences: our analytics unit where we have R&D as well as client servicing teams
- Data Strategy and Technology: a mix of our own technology solutions including our own product, and servicing of any bespoke client ad tech/marketing tech requests
- Data Architecture: our central data warehouse and data infrastructure team that powers all analytics, solutions and technology for the group and agency teams.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for cross market and cross channel reporting for clients.
- Liaise cross-functionally within the agency and across different markets for requirements gathering.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards, troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Translate business requirements into dashboard implementations.
- Create automation solution for data ingestion and reporting.
- Ensuring data quality by periodic QA and maintain SLAs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1 year of working experience preferred
- Understanding of digital marketing, familiar with advertising platforms and the media landscape
- Basic experience in data visualization platforms like Datorama, Tableau, PowerBI, Data Studio, etc
- Basic experience using SQL, Python / R, VB for Excel and big data technologies in a business environment with large datasets
- Familiar with web analytics (Google Analytics, Adbode Analytics,) and tag management solutions (Google Tag Manager (GTM), Adobe Launch (DTM), Tealium iQ, Ensighten Manage…etc)
- Efficient communication to ensure timely delivery of reports
