Description
You will help to perform maintenance and calibrations for our drone systems and be part of a tight-knit team that provides safe, reliable drone systems and quality services to our distinguished customers in Singapore and around the region.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline technical support and troubleshooting for drone systems, including on-site field deployment when required.
- Perform rectification and repair work on drone systems to resolve identified faults or performance issues.
- Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with established procedures and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed technical feedback to the engineering team and customers.
- Report to the Lead Engineer on all engineering and maintenance issues identified during preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, or operational activities.
- Prepare, update, and maintain maintenance documentation in compliance with maintenance policies, operational guidelines, customer requirements, and feedback.
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge in drone systems maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with avionics system, payload sensors, and control stations.
- Understanding of maintenance documentation, traceability and reporting.
- Familiarity with UAS operation work flows and system safety protocols.
- Problem-solving, critical thinking and teamwork in field maintenance environment.
