Job description

This position reports directly to the head of the PMO, providing support to both Project Managers and Project Directors with the execution of projects.

The traineeship offers hands‑on experience in supporting the planning, execution and monitoring of project across various departments.

The trainee will work under the supervision of experienced Project Managers, learning project lifecycle management, stakeholders communication, resource coordination

Job Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

  • Assist in the development and maintain of the project plans, schedules and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agenda, take minutes
  • Track project deliverables, timelines, and key milestones
  • Support project budgets, resources and logistics
  • Update and maintain project dashboards
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather updates and relay project information
  • Follow up on risks, issues, track and update to progress report
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, status report, and project documentation
  • Perform general adminstraive duties to support the project team
