What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in process mapping to identify and resolve inefficiencies in trade workflows.
  • Collaborating on automation initiatives to digitize processes and streamline operations.
  • Contributing to research on emerging trade finance trends like blockchain and digital ecosystems.
  • Assisting in project planning, tracking progress, and providing status updates for trade-related initiatives.
  • Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new platforms and system upgrades, providing detailed feedback.
  • Supporting ad-hoc tasks, including data analysis, KPI tracking, and audit preparation.

Who you are
  • A recent graduate from a Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in the relevant field.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiar with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
