What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Tribe Lead/Product Owner in managing the Core Banking Squad and day-to-day operations.
  • Assisting in defining the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for operational transformation initiatives.
  • Gathering requirements, understanding user needs, and translating them into user stories.
  • Supporting the delivery of core banking initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Assisting with business analysis, issue resolution, and monitoring squad progress against objectives.
  • Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring product quality meets expectations.

Who you are
  • A recent graduate from a Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in Banking & Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Possess a ‘can-do’ attitude with a delivery-focused approach and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and enjoy working with diverse teams.
  • A collaborative team player, capable of effectively engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with lean/continuous improvement, data analytics/visualization, or new technologies is a plus.
