What you do

You will be responsible for the smooth operation of key branch transformation initiatives, working as a vital link between different teams.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing day‑to‑day operations and liaising with branches, IT, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to analyse data, identify trends, and suggest improvements to branch performance.
  • Working directly with branches to understand and address product and system‑related issues.
  • Supporting the end‑to‑end lifecycle of branch transformation projects.
  • Contributing to process improvements and documentation.

Who you are
  • A recent graduate from a Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Have a basic understanding of agile methodologies and product management concepts is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is advantageous.
