• Assist in reviewing minor cost estimates and job requests.

Introduction to Core Trade & Site Systems

• Attend induction on Mechanical/Electrical/Building/Civil systems
• Participate in site walkthroughs and observe operations

Foundational Maintenance & Reporting

• Learn preventive maintenance routines
• Support supervisor in logging tasks in CMMS
• Review basic checklists and reporting procedures

Technical Troubleshooting Basics

• Shadow technicians during fault rectification
• Participate in basic fault diagnosis exercises

Contractor Observation & Team Collaboration

• Observe contractor supervision and certification process
• Attend meetings with contractors and project teams

Introduction to Costing & Project Support

• Assist in reviewing minor cost estimates and job requests
• Observe small A&A or ad-hoc project execution

Safety, Compliance & Professional Practices

• Attend Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) training
• Learn documentation, audit, and compliance processes
