This position reports to the Procurement Lead/Manager and interfaces with various procurement function group, and other stakeholders within organization. Job Description

The individual will be involved in:

• Assisting in the procurement activities of materials and services for aerospace MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) operations.
• Managing the RPA robot for material sourcing, ordering, and extracting shipment information from major aerospace vendors such as Boeing, Airbus, and CFM.
• Handling outstanding purchase orders and assisting with billing hastening processes.
• Assisting with supplier performance monitoring, including reporting and analysis.

Technical Skills and Competencies

• Active participation in the procurement operation process, including PR to PO processing, understanding material requirements and supplier selection in Aerospace industry.
• Ability to engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner.
• Gain hands-on experience with aerospace procurement software and systems (eRP, SAP, SmartConnect etc.) and data management.
