Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day communications on Razer’s social media channels like Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
  • Assist with managing an up-to-date calendar of social content, as well as community project organizing and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist with daily media monitoring on social media, news outlets, and other relevant online platforms.
  • Analyze and reporting on community trends, feedback, and engagement metrics to help optimize strategy.
  • Perform ad-hoc department administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong in understanding social media trends, content creation, and online community engagement.
  • Excellent in communication skills and passionate about fostering digital communities.
  • Organized with project management and follow-through skills.
  • Passionate about gaming.
  • Experience in the use of social media management tools/software, and editorial content calendaring.
  • Experience with moderating and building communities on Discord.
  • Knowledge in Software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Able to commit 6 months, full-time for maximum exposure.
