Join the Graduate Industry Traineeship (GRIT) Program as a Trainee and take your career to the next level through hands‑on experience, relevant skills training and valuable professional networking.

Trainees will collaborate with colleagues across various operations teams to drive growth, innovation, and strategy, ensuring operational effectiveness and managing risk.

Over the course of the program, you will be provided the necessary training and also learn a great deal from your colleagues and teammates. You will also get opportunities to meet senior colleagues and continue building your own professional network. You will develop essential knowledge and skills, and is an outstanding first step towards building a dynamic, long term career with us.

Job Summary

As a Trainee in the APAC KYC Operations team under the Graduate Industry Traineeship, you'll develop foundational skills within the operations business. You'll build your knowledge, network, and experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, making meaningful contributions while developing professional expertise. Gain insight into key business projects and initiatives across the firm and see how our businesses come together to serve clients globally.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage client onboarding, renewal, and remediation requests, ensuring all required documentation is collected and compliant with corporate and local standards.
  • Assist with KYC screening process (PEP, sanctions, negative media) and support risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve queries and distribute documents.
  • Maintain accurate KYC records and track documentation expiration in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Produce KYC‑related reports and metrics for management.
  • Support delivery of KYC operations projects and execution of non‑AML regulatory requirements (e.g., MiFID, Legal Entity Identifier).
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Graduation of 2024 through 2025 from bachelor’s or master’s program.
  • All academic disciplines and majors are welcome.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in ever‑changing environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, responsive team player who excels in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to multi‑task, work in fast‑paced environments and comfortable working in teams to deliver results.

This role is intended to be for the GRIT Program and for an initial term of approximately 6 months only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.
