Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a seasoned GRC engineer to embed governance, risk and compliance into modern DevOps and AI-enabled systems. You will bridge compliance with engineering practices, turning controls into practical patterns that scale across products and platforms.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering and policy teams to reduce risk while accelerating delivery, shaping Singapore’s digital government as citizens benefit from safer technology.

Qualifications

• Experience embedding GRC into systems and workflows.
• Ability to translate regulatory needs into practical engineering controls.
• Experience bridging engineering and policy teams.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with operational units to understand challenges before implementing controls.
• Design and embed GRC practices into system and process development.
• Translate requirements into actionable solutions with stakeholder focus.
• Architect reusable control patterns and telemetry for real-time risk monitoring.
• Champion governance for AI-enabled systems and model lifecycle controls.
