Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a Governance Risk and Compliance Specialist & Application Security Engineer to strengthen technology risk governance across the organisation and to integrate robust security practices within development teams.

The role covers GRC, application security, and strategic operational excellence, requiring hands-on security analysis, policy work, and collaboration with enterprise projects to ensure secure coding and timely remediation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in ICT cybersecurity, data security, audit management, governance or risk roles.
• Relevant certifications in IT governance, IT audit or cyber security preferred.
• Ability to operationalise security policies with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote technology risk governance across the organisation.
• Provide security consultancy on regulatory and internal policies.
• Review ICT policies and conduct compliance checks.
• Collaborate with developers to embed security in SDLC and DevOps processes.
• Lead audits, track remediation actions and report to stakeholders.
