We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Graphic Designer with strong illustration and drawing ability to join our creative team. This role is central to developing and expanding our bespoke wallpaper collections. The ideal candidate combines artistic flair with technical precision, capable of hand‑drawing original concepts and translating them into refined digital artwork ready for large scale production.

Responsibilities

• Creative Design & Illustration:
  Develop original, hand‑drawn artwork and surface pattern designs for new wallpaper collections, reflecting our brand’s artistic and design sensibilities.
• Digital Development:
  Digitize, refine, and adapt drawings using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to ensure they meet print‑ready specifications.
• Collection Development:
  Propose new design directions, colorways, and pattern concepts that align with current trends and complement existing collections.
• Image Editing & Production:
  Edit and enhance high‑resolution artwork for seamless repeats, color accuracy, and clarity in large‑format wallpaper printing.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with the creative and production teams to interpret design briefs and contribute ideas for upcoming collections.
• File Management:
  Organize and maintain a structured library of artwork, design assets, and project files.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum1–2 years of experience in graphic design or surface pattern design, preferably within interiors, textiles, or wallpaper.
• Creative Skills: Strong hand‑drawing and illustration ability (digital tablet or traditional media).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Attention to Detail: High sensitivity to color accuracy, proportion, and pattern flow.
• Work Arrangement: Able to work independently and manage design timelines effectively, including remote or hybrid work settings.
• Added Advantage: Familiarity with large‑format or wallpaper printing processes.
