Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Rest Days: Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays
• May need to support work on weekends/public holidays based on school needs

📌 Key Responsibilities

• 🎨 1. Digital & Print Design
  • Design the school newsletter (layout & visual design for digital/print versions).
  • Create graphics, static posts & collages for social media content.
  • Design visual elements for the school website:
    • Web banners / hero images
    • Icons, infographics, custom graphics
    • Page layout mock-ups
• 🎥 2. Video Content Creation
  • Produce short videos, reels and event recaps
  • Perform basic motion graphics
  • Add text overlays, transitions, music and visual enhancements
  • Capture photos/videos for events when required
• 📢 3. Corporate Collaterals & Branding
  • Design banners & signage for school events
  • Create designs for certificates, plaques, trophies & commemorative gifts
  • Design promotional items such as postcards, tote bags, lanyards, T-shirts etc.
  • Ensure all designs follow school brand guidelines
• ✏️ 4. Illustration Work
  • Develop custom illustrations for:
    • Campaigns
    • Website graphics
    • Booklets / learning resources
    • Visuals representing school values and themes
• 📁 5. Deliverables & File Management
  • Provide print-ready PDFs for newsletters, banners & posters
  • Provide high-resolution images for digital use
  • Submit working source files:
    • .AI, .PSD, .INDD, .PNG/.JPG
    • Video project files (.MP4, .MOV or equivalent)
  • Maintain organised archives of all artwork

🎓 Skills, Experience & Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in graphic design / digital media / multimedia
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print & video work
• Skilled in layout, typography, photography & video editing
• Strong illustration ability with a consistent style
• Ability to follow brand guidelines (logos, fonts, colour palettes)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback
• Meticulous, organised, and able to meet project timelines

Preferred Experience

• Experience in school environments or designing educational materials
• Experience creating website graphics, slides, social media content & visual assets
