Job summary

Cerebral Pte Ltd is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our events and campaigns team. You will design marketing materials, event collateral, social content, and on-site visuals across multiple projects and stakeholders.

You should have a diploma or degree in graphic design and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong typography, layout and Adobe Creative Cloud skills. A fast-paced environment with deadlines is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, marketing or events.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign).
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing.
• Strong typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with multiple deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and support events outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce creative visual solutions for events and campaigns from concept to final production.
• Design a wide range of event and marketing collateral (banners, posters, digital graphics, invites, decks, signage).
• Develop event branding and visual identities for cohesive guest experiences.
• Create venue layouts, floor plans, stage layouts, booth layouts and zoning plans.
• Develop 3D renderings, mock-ups and presentations to communicate concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual presentations and design proposals.
• Collaborate with Events, Marketing and Sales to ensure visually engaging and practical execution.
• Prepare artwork and production-ready files for print, digital and on-site use.
