Job summary

A premier education provider in Singapore seeks a Graphic Designer to create impactful visual content across digital and print platforms. The successful candidate will work with the Digital Marketing Manager, conceptualising marketing collaterals and editing videos for social media. Ideal applicants have a diploma in Graphic Design, at least 3 years of experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. A passion for photography and visual storytelling is essential.

Qualifications

The Role

The Graphic Designer (Event & Content Focus) will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and play a key role in creating impactful visual content across digital, print and event platforms, including photography and video editing for social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, hands‑on experience in digital and print media and a passion for delivering creative, high‑impact visuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualise and design marketing collaterals such as brochures, advertisements, banners, posters, digital campaigns and social media visuals.
  • Ensure design consistency with Nanyang’s brand identity and visual standards.
  • Adapt designs for multiple formats (print, web, and video).
  • Work closely with team members to produce visually engaging content for digital campaigns and social platforms.
  • Create promotional assets and visuals that drive awareness and engagement across channels.
  • Provide on‑site support for school events through photography and short‑form video recording.
  • Edit and prepare post‑event content such as photo highlights and recap videos for social media and internal use.
  • Edit short videos using CapCut, Filmora or similar software for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Short and add captions, transitions and basic motion graphics to enhance video storytelling.
  • Stay updated with design trends, social media formats and creative best practices.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in graphic design, preferably in an education environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Filmora, or equivalent).
  • Strong sense of photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and creativity.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with english and mandarin‑speaking students, internal and external stakeholders.
