Job Description & Requirements
This position supports the Marketing Department in all graphic design needs. You will work closely with agreed design briefs to create visuals that effectively communicate key messages while adhering to corporate and product brand guidelines. The incumbent also supports marketing campaign activities ranging from traditional to digital marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design marketing collaterals for traditional and digital platforms.
- Develop and create new product packaging in line with brand identity and guidelines.
- Liaise with external vendors on visual marketing materials and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
- Support the marketing team in executing in-store visual merchandising displays.
- Assist with the design and setup of roadshows, events, and pop-up activations.
- Responsible for product photography and editing to ensure consistency with brand visual standards.
- Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Digital Media Design (Interaction), Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Passionate about digital trends and social media, with an understanding of commonly used local platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, EDM) and major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, FairPrice), including dimensions, specifications, and consumer behaviour.
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) retail environments.
- Interest or experience in Food, F&B, or Retail industries.
- Basic ability to create short-form videos (e.g., 5-second clips).
Required Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Web Design and UI/UX principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of print production fundamentals.
- Familiar with CapCut or other video editing software.
- Skills in animation or motion graphics is an advantage.
- Strong sense of design, colour, typography, and layout, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Interest in social media content creation, branding, and e-commerce.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to accept and apply feedback.
