Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing both upcoming and ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes


• Support the design team and management with day-to-day administrative, creative, and logistical tasks


• Help maintain project schedules, track progress, and follow up on action items to keep tasks on track


• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on creative concepts and design development


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, feedback, and approvals as needed


• Conduct basic research to support design decisions, market analysis, or competitor benchmarking


• Assist in quality control by reviewing deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines


• Manage and maintain shared folders, assets, and project management tools to ensure team-wide accessibility


• Perform various ad hoc duties and special assignments as directed by management to support overall team goals
