Job summary

Eatz Catering Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Graphic Designer to own design output across its brands. You will translate briefs into campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and guide junior designers. Experience in F&B or retail branding is a plus, with hands-on print production coordination.

The role offers exposure to multiple brands, with a 9:00–17:30 schedule and occasional Saturday work. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in graphic design or related field.
• Min 5 years in graphic design, in-house or agency.
• Strong portfolio with campaigns, print or packaging work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and print prep.
• Confident presenting to stakeholders and managing multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Own design output across brands, from briefs to final artwork.
• Develop visuals for campaigns, menus, packaging and print collaterals.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure Halal labeling accuracy.
• Manage print production end-to-end with vendors and proofs.
• Plan social content and visuals with the marketing team.
• Review work of juniors and provide guidance.

About Us

Eatz Group is an established and growing F&B group with multiple brands and concepts, including catering and food service operations. As a MUIS Halal-certified group, we serve a wide and diverse customer base, and our brands need design work that is consistent, appealing and practical to produce.

TheRole

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to take ownership of design output across our brands. You will turn marketing briefs into finished campaigns, keep our brands consistent across every touchpoint, and manage artwork through to production. You will work closely with management and the marketing team, take briefs directly from stakeholders, and guide junior designers and interns where needed.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Brand

• Develop visual concepts for campaigns, product launches and promotions, from brief to final artwork
• Design menus, packaging, product labels, brochures, signage and other print collaterals
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and templates across the Group's brands, and keep all design and marketing materials consistent with them
• Work with the operations / Halal team to make sure the Halal certification mark and required product information appear correctly on packaging, labels and collaterals
• Manage print production end-to-end: specifications, vendor quotations, proofing and quality checks
• Liaise with printers, photographers and freelancers

Marketing Support

• Plan and produce social media content and campaign visuals together with the marketing team
• Produce short-form video and simple motion content for social media
• Track basic campaign performance (e.g. reach, engagement) and use the results to improve future work
• Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and present design concepts to management
• Review the work of junior designers and interns and give them guidance

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, in-house or agency; F&B, retail or consumer brand experience is a plus
• A strong portfolio showing campaign, print and or packaging work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus; familiarity with Canva
• Hands-on experience preparing print-ready artwork and working with print vendors
• Confident taking briefs from, and presenting to, stakeholders and management
• Organized and able to run multiple brands and projects at once with minimal supervision

Good to have

• Food photography or food styling skills
• Motion graphics skills
• Working knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite)

• Monthly salary of $3,200 – $3,800, commensurate with experience and portfolio
