Responsibilities
- Work with the school’s management team to identify opportunities and provide support/assistance to Marketing Manager to develop strategic marketing plans which ensure effective spend of marketing budget and cost effectiveness
- Maintain and update school’s brand
- Design marketing collateral according to Company’s brand, ethos, and mission/vision/values
- Collaborate and liaise with media partners and relevant vendors to drive marketing deliverables
- Design and maintain the school's website, social media content as well as internal communication designs/templates
- Graphic design and branding initiatives, including ensuring all press releases and articles represent the school well and meet branding/media kit requirements
- Other miscellaneous projects which add to the school community and growth of the school
- Plan concepts by studying information and materials in related fields to Company
- Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
- Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval to management
- Prepare finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment
- Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art
- Where necessary, complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Provide creative consultancy where requested and/or required
- Assist Marketing Manager in other creative and/or marketing duties
- Assist Marketing Manager in relevant administrative duties
Requirements
- A positive, can-do spirit, with a professional and flexible attitude towards change and continuous improvement is essential
- Able to work independently and be a team player
- Best market practice tools/software (photoshop, lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
Relevant qualifications/training
- A minimum diploma/degree in graphic design
- Excellent written and oral communication and oral presentation skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Significant design, layout and creative agency experience
- Good understanding and ability to manage online and digital media placement, spend, analysis, SEM and SEO
- Excellent budgeting ability
