Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team. The ideal candidate will be involved in creative projects from concept to execution, delivering impactful visuals across digital, print, and product design. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Chinese to liaise effectively with our China team, as well as the ability to think strategically about brand aesthetics and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, design, and develop marketing and branding materials across print, digital, and product platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and regional teams to align creative outputs with brand objectives.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with the China team — including the ability to type and correspond in Chinese.
  • Develop creative concepts for campaigns, slide presentation, packaging, and event materials.
  • Apply 3D design knowledge for product visualization and prototype presentations.
  • Support product photography and video content creation (shooting, editing, post-production) when needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality design standards across all materials.
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or product-based environments.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (both written and typed) — essential for communication with the China team.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat/PDF, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of 3D design software is an advantage.
  • Skills in photography and videography are a plus.
  • Excellent sense of layout, typography, and brand identity.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
